This Document will provide company's management and staff with a global perspective of how to effectively implement business policies in order to meet the demands of globalization. The world is changing at a very important pace. Countries are increasingly interdependent, and the concept of national sovereignty is gradually fading away. However, this doesn't mean that we will be able to unite and become a "new world" as we all want it to be. This is because we haven't gotten rid of our differences yet. We all think differently and we follow different cultures, different traditions and different values. There are two main reasons behind these differences: It is very difficult for us (mankind) to accept such differences and such diversity in our lives. Consequences of such actions can be huge; if we don't know how to cope with them, everything may fall apart within no time. The reality is that we haven't created a common language in order to communicate and to communicate our needs and wants. This is why we need to adapt and change our own behavior in order to survive in this globally diverse world. People want more than anything else, long lasting peace and stability for their country and for their families. They want the opportunity to live freely, peacefully, with equality and justice for all. People strongly believe in social responsibility; they want their taxes go to such programs which will improve the overall welfare of their society; they do not accept that money should be handed over to big corporations only who would then only take care of themselves, leaving everyone else behind. However, corporations have a very different world view, completely different from the one of ordinary people. Corporations are doing everything possible to get richer and richer at any possible cost, they do not care about their own society and the welfare of the people. They transform people who are in need to give them work in order to make use of them; they treat them like animals, depriving them of their freedom. Shareholders are also represented in corporations; their main goal is to make more money, any price is unacceptable for them. It's hard for corporations to recognize what will happen when they could accumulate enormous sums of money which could be used for their own further development (and not only that). However, there is also another possibility for corporations, when the money from taxes would be used to improve the welfare of people who are in need. In order to achieve this goal, we must create a common language that will allow corporations and ordinary people to communicate with each other in a way that would benefit them both. Corporations need peace and stability so they could invest their finances in further development of their company. Ordinary people have no other choice but to have faith in the government which has the power and responsibility to ensure peace and stability in society. Corporations should understand that they do not have a right or a possibility to be above law; it also happens frequently that governments put themselves above law. cfa1e77820
